Passenger Transport Operative
Highfield Assessment currently provides end-point assessment services for both the ST0339/IfATE v1.0/AP01 (Passenger Transport Service Operations Team Member) and ST0339/IfATE v1.1/AP02 (Passenger Transport Operative) version of this standard.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship before 25 November 2021 will be assessed against IfATE v1.0/AP01, unless the provider, employer or apprentice agree to move to IfATE v1.1/AP02
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 25 November 2021 will be assessed against IfATE v1.1/AP02
