IQA Is embedded in everything we do.
The role of our internal quality assurers is to carry out internal verification and moderation of end-point assessors’ assessment decisions against the apprenticeship standard and assessment plans.
IQAs provide quality assurance and undertake moderation activities of completed end-point assessments. They also provide feedback to end-point assessors to support and improve their assessment practices.
IQAs must be robust, consistent and fair, as well as consistent and reliable. They must also ensure each apprentice is treated the same and has the same standards applied.
That’s why we are looking for industry professionals like you.
In particular, we need people who have the industry knowledge and experience to ensure that assessments fairly judge what is required to do the job and meet the apprenticeship standard requirements.
Or in other words, you’ll get the chance to give something back, and make a real difference.
