Commis Chef
Highfield Assessment currently provides end-point assessment services for both ST0228/IfATE v1.1/AP02, ST0228/IfATE v1.2/AP04, ST0228/IfATE v1.3/AP04 of this standard. Full details are provided below on our supporting resources available for each version.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship between 04/03/2019 and 27/09/2021 will be assessed against ST0228/IfATE v1.1/AP01 unless the provider, employer or apprentice agree to move to AP04.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship between 28/09/2021 and 25/06/2023 will be assessed against ST0228/IfATE v1.2/AP04.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 26/06/2023 will be assessed against ST0228/IfATE v1.3/AP04.

Qualification - We have developed the Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Working as a Commis Chef (RQF) that maps directly to the standard.
