What you need to know about the Highfield Level 3 End-Point Assessment for Transport and Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working within the Transport and Warehouse sector. As a transport and warehouse operations supervisor apprentice, their role will depend on their employer. They could be managing day to day operations involved in supply chain, ensuring activity, personnel and/or vehicles meet customer expectations along with regulatory and legal requirements.

The standard allows them to specialise in one of two pathways; the transport supervisor ensures the safe and compliant utilisation of all drivers and equipment whilst the warehouse supervisor ensures the provision of a professional incoming goods, storage and dispatch service to customers.

Programme structure
This is a level 3 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months. Apprentices will be placed in a suitable role and supported by a tutor to achieve Level 2 maths and English.

For learners undertaking the Transport pathway they will need to obtain Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Road Haulage) or Ministry Of Defence: Junior Transport Operator L3.

For learners undertaking the Warehouse pathway no further qualifications are required.

Assessment Plan

Apprentices will be assessed against ST0647/ AP01
