Highfield Assessment currently provides end-point assessment services for the ST0339/v1.0/AP01 (Passenger Transport Service Operations Team Member), ST0339/v1.1/AP02 and ST0339/v1.2 version of this standard.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship before 25/11/2021 will be assessed against v1.0/AP01.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship between 25/11/2021 and 17/12/2025 will be assessed against v1.1/AP02.
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 18/12/2025 will be assessed against v1.2.
