What you need to know about the Highfield Level 3 End-Point Assessment for Retail Team Leader
Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working as a team leader or supervisor within a retail environment. Retail team leaders are a critical support to managers, delivering exceptional customer service and a positive experience to customers, and may have to deputise for managers in their absence. The role is dynamic and in one day can involve a variety of different functions. Most significantly retail team leaders guide and coordinate the work of the team to complete tasks, identify and explore opportunities that drive sales, ensuring team members maintain business standards in relation to merchandising, service and promotional activities, in line with procedures.
Programme structure
This is a level 3 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months. Apprentices will be placed in a retail team leader role and supported by a tutor to achieve the Retail Team Leader standards, as well as Level 2 maths and English qualifications.
Assessment Plan
Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 07/09/2016 will be assessed against ST0326/AP02.
