What you need to know about the Highfield Level 2 End-Point Assessment for Hospitality Team Member
Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working within a hospitality environment. As a hospitality team member apprentice, your role will depend on your employer. You could be working in one of a number of different areas of hospitality, including food service, beverage service, food production, reception, reservations, concierge services, housekeeping, barista or conference and event planning.
Programme structure
This is a level 2 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months.
Assessment Plan
Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 27/04/2016 will be assessed against ST0233/AP01.
