What you need to know about the Highfield Level 2 End-Point Assessment for Commis Chef

Who is this Standard for?

This apprenticeship is for individuals working within a commis chef environment. As a commis chef apprentice, your role will depend on your employer. The learning journey of any chef will vary considerably from one individual to the next; however, it is necessary to understand and have experience in the basics that this role provides in order to progress to any future senior chef role.

Programme structure

This is a level 2 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months.

Assessment Plan

Qualification - We have developed the Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Working as a Commis Chef (RQF) that maps directly to the standard.
