What you need to know about the Highfield Level 2 End-Point Assessment for Commis Chef
Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working within a commis chef environment. As a commis chef apprentice, your role will depend on your employer. The learning journey of any chef will vary considerably from one individual to the next; however, it is necessary to understand and have experience in the basics that this role provides in order to progress to any future senior chef role.
This is a level 2 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months.
Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 27/04/2016 will be assessed against ST0228/AP01.
