What you need to know about the Highfield Level 4 End-Point Assessment for Hospitality Manager
Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working within a hospitality environment. As a hospitality manager apprentice, your role will depend on your employer. You could be working in one of a number of different areas of hospitality, including food and beverage management, conference and events management, housekeeping management, front office management, multifunctional management, hospitality outlet management, kitchen management and revenue management.
This is a level 4 apprenticeship that has a minimum duration of 12 months.
Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 10/01/2018 will be assessed against ST0229.
