What you need to know about the Highfield Level 3 End-Point Assessment for Team Leader/Supervisor
Who is this Standard for?
This apprenticeship is for individuals working as team leaders or supervisors within any environment. Team leaders or supervisors provide direction, instructions, and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
Programme structure
This is a level 3 apprenticeship standard that has a typical duration of 18 months. Apprentices will be placed in a suitable role and supported by a tutor to achieve the standards and Level 2 maths and English qualifications.
Selecting the correct Assessment Plan
This standard is currently being assessed against two different versions of the assessment plan. The assessment plan to be selected is determined by the apprentice’s on-programme start date. Qualification - We have developed two qualifications to support on-programme delivery of this standard therefore offering centres a choice. The Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF) or alternatively the Highfield Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders and Supervisors (RQF) that maps directly to the standard.
Apprenti-Kit - The effective delivery of this standard can be supported by the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenti-kit.
