What you need to know about the Highfield Level 2 End-Point Assessment for Recruitment Resourcer
Who is this Standard for?
A recruitment resourcer may be employed in any organisation that requires a recruitment function. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. They may also be required to identify new business opportunities.
Typical responsibilities for a recruitment resource are:
Programme structure
This is a level 2 apprenticeship standard that has a minimum duration of 12 months.
Assessment Plan
Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 20/12/2017 will be assessed against ST0321/AP03

Qualification - We have developed the Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (RQF) and the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (RQF) that map directly to and form prerequisites of this standard.
