Highfield Assessment currently provides end-point assessment services for both ST0384/v1.1/AP02, ST0384/v1.2/AP03, ST0384/v1.3 and ST0384/v1.4 versions of this standard. Full details are provided below on our supporting resources available for each version.

- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 25 June 2020 but before 18 September 2024 will normally be assessed against AP03
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 19 September 2024 but before 24 September 2024 will normally be assessed against version 1.3
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 25 September 2024 will be assessed against version 1.4

Qualification - We have developed two qualifications to support on-programme delivery of this standard therefore offering centres a choice. The Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF) or alternatively the Highfield Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders and Supervisors (RQF) that maps directly to the standard.
