- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 19 September 2024 will be assessed against version 1.3 (Operations Manager)
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 21 October 2020 will be assessed against ST0385/v1.2/AP04
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship before 21 October 2020 will be assessed against ST0385/v1.1/AP02 unless the provider, employer or apprentice agree to move to ST0385/v1.2/AP04
- Apprentices who started their apprenticeship on or after 25 September 2024 will be assessed against version 1.4
Dispensation Information - ST0385/v1.2/AP04
Skills for England state:
A temporary dispensation has been applied to the ST0385 version 1.2 end-point assessment plan for this apprenticeship. The dispensation will remain live until redundant apprentices identified in the dispensation request have completed their EPA, including and resits and retakes, when it will then be withdrawn.
Please note that this dispensation applies to agreed cohorts only.
The key changes are:
- the training provider will step in as the employer for the duration of the EPA period in order to ensure that apprentices that have been made redundant can conduct their project-based evidence to complete their project proposal and complete their apprenticeship.
- skills 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1 will be assessed via the questioning component of the assessment.
